When Adi comes to know, toh then uski sitti bitti gul ho jayegi and he will actually go to save her. Seeing that Malini will get solidly pissed, and actually do something that may put Imlie's life in danger, hence getting Adi's wrath. Again I am thinking only till here and my guess is that this entire plot is to shift the focus a bit from the sautan drama, as they know coming Thursday there will be a dip in the TRP and position for sure, so they seem to be fearing up for increasing it with Imlie's NDE.

Nice theory Apsvenky.. but its a little juvenile for Aditya's character.

I mean one day the man is deleting an evidence video and the next day he is getting imlie kidnapped? Too much of slippery slope😆

Also Imlie says she cannot trust him. But she is still in his house and telling him her faisla about Didi's future. She clearly has no plans to leave him yet.. so he doesn't need to do something this drastic to "convince" her.

I think this kidnap is to prove to audience that ha BBSB ek bewakoof insaan hai.. cannot take a single decision to save his life, cannot support imlie, cannot trust her but he will risk his life for her😆
