Jo bhi ho bank bhi ghere mein aayegi that why did not take loan form from original dealer. Why take form from unknown third number. Before proceeding they should have kya customer ki photo aur customer ke signature match kar rahe ki nahin

Let's see what it actually is, because Anupama apparently did not read the papers and signed them blindly without knowing what was in it.

The person that got the money must have had the money transferred to their account. How hard would it be to trace the account? Even if they withdrew the funds, there must be some paper trail
