Did Anupama end up signing as a guarantor for someone else's loan?

I think what happened is instead of signing as a borrower for the loan amount she signed up as a guarantor, that is guaranteeing another person's loan amount where if they fail to pay then you are liable for the payment instead, and since this is a fraud its pretty likely that Anupama will only have to pay.

Apko loan guarantor ka concept pata hai ya nahi? Guarantors are those people who dont receive the money but agree to pay another person's loan amount in case the borrower defaults on their payments or happens to go bankrupt. Yaha pe usko paise dene hi padege whether she has received the loan amount or not, she doesn't need any power of attorney here, loan guarantee ke liye yeh sab nahi dekhte I guess.

They were lying to her, just because they said 4-5 days mein loan disburse hoga doesn't mean that will actually happen.

Loan kisi ke account mein aana chahiye no doubt lekin ye zaroori nahi ki unhe pata ho ki amount kiske account mein gaya ho especially when it's a fraud. As If the fraudsters will tell her that the amount will be sanctioned in one of their fraudster accomplice's account, Shah family ke kisi bhi member ke account mein aane ka toh sawaal hi paida nahi hota because It's a fraudulent guarantee.

Aur agar bank khud hi fraudulent hui toh??? The bank that approached her was not dutiful at all so woh ghanta care karenge about whether they made a mistake or not. What the bank did was not a mistake, it was INTENTIONAL, frauds mistake karke logo ko nahi phasate, woh puri planning karke yeh sab execute karte hai.

Aur yahan pe toh the so called bank employees visited her instead of Anupama personally visiting the branch to get the loan. Moreover jab fraud karna hota hai toh aise kuch corrupt employees bhi isme mile hue hote hai.

Tumhari mom khud se bank mein chalkar gayi thi, uske paas koi aaya nahi tha, aur woh normal transactions karne gayi thi loan maangne ke liye nahi right Jahaan bahut saare legal document sign karne padhte hain. Agar tumhari maa ko har baar deposit ya withdrawal slips bharne ke liye help ki zaroorat nahi ho sakti now does she?
