I start my day with a big mug of chai along with 2 eggs. Basically it’s my breakfast.
Lunch would be anything ( chicken, mutton, fish, vegetables) that’s made at home with one roti & curd.
After lunch i like to have another cup of tea.
Dinner is mostly what i eat in lunch minus any carb like roti or bread. It’s very rare i end up eating 2 rotis in a day.
Also in between my meals i like to snack on fruits except for banana.
