5 to 5:30 - black coffee
7 AM- usually the same 2 or 3 options.
avocado toast and fruit

Something more fancy like idli/sambar
12 PM - I usually eat lunch outside so it’s either a sandwich of some type or burrito bowl or occasionally on rare occasions a slice of pizza
6 PM - dinner is usually whatever Indian food my mom has cooked. Usually something simple like veggies and roti
8-10 PM - dessert - ice cream/cake/pie/cookies. Basically whatever sweet thing is available at home. But I don’t like Indian sweets so I won’t touch those.
If I need a snack during the day, it’s usually popcorn or roasted nuts. Sometimes Greek yogurt.
