Hehe definitely the Greek yogurt! Plus the ghee. If you drink milk and eat eggs then those have B12. Basically, all animal sources. Otherwise, you can purchase cereal and soy milk that is fortified with B12. Keep doing what you are doing if it's enough.
I eat so much eggs, yogurt, drink milk etc but still I am B12 deficient. My doctor thought I was vegetarian. But then I realized I rarely ever eat red meat and haven’t for years and only eat chicken. So I cut chicken and have started eating read meat more. But still it has increased only a little bit. This year I will do my annual exam and let’s see if it has increased more to the normal level.
Does anyone have any tips on androgenetic alopecia?

I'm in early 20s. Since my teenage I've been under a dermat for his opinion. Though now its more like a little mix and match to get the game going. I'll say I've seen a crazy positive difference since I've started working out since 1.6 years. My dry, dull, itchy skin has actually taken a turn towards being glass skin🤞.
I've dry skin due to consumption medicines. I use a facewash cream based, a serum oil, a water based glycol moisturizer and a sunscreen.
All in all if you want to look anywhere around the image skin I'd say run to a dermat nowwww. They can actually control ageing to a great level.
Came to drop a tip that I'd never say out loud IRL😆. I've been shaving my face instead of threading or laser. Terribly sensitive skin so after scrub and shaving I literally bathe in my glycol moisturizer and tan tan aaaa its a glowwww😍🤞. Drinking juices actually helps, I count on anaar and mausambi. Works wonders
Skin Type = Oily- Dehydrated acne prone
Normal Skin care routine -
AM
1 Mild Cleanser Cetaphil
2 Vitamin C 3 times a week
3 Moisturizer Bioderma Cicabio
4 Sunscreen SPF50 PA++++ Chemical or Physical...
PM
1 Oil cleansing Argan Oil works for me
2 Water based cleanser Bioderma Sensibio
3 Kikumasamune Toner ❤️ A hero 🙌👏❤ saved my skin 🙌😍
4 Moisturizer depends on humidity. I have Dehydrated Skin....I dont use Hyluronic Acid.... I can't keep track of water supply 😫😩
Acne = Benzoyl Peroxide cleanser and Cream at night...I stop using Vitamin C, Toner and Moisturizer for 3 weeks. Vitamin C helps with acne marks. I stop Benzoyl Peroxide cleanser in 3 weeks, I start cleansing with CeraVe Salicylic Acid cleanser
Acha whenever I think my skin barrier is in trouble I add ceramide Moisturizer in my routine 😅😳
Don't purchase them from Nykaa or Instagram sellers they increase the amount 2-3 times, I order from following sites -
Caretobeauty/ Sweetcare - For French Pharmacy brands like Bioderma, La Roche posay etc
Cult Beauty- For British, American, Canadian brands .
Free delivery only applicable for first order and not applicable for The Ordinary Products.
Keep your order below Rs2000 to avoid customs duty 👍👍
Or aik mein hoo Jo mun bhi dholo.bari baat hai🤣

Possible since B12 comes from animal sources - meat, eggs, fish, etc.
If you end up being B12 deficient then you will have to either start taking supplements or buy B12 fortified food. If you are getting enough B12 then just take Biotin.
B12 supplements may cause acne. I don't get acne but once I started taking B12 I broke out a bit. I realized I didn't need it anyways so I cut it out. I stuck to Biotin instead. My sister otoh has had acne her entire life and B12 didn't effect her (didn't make her acne worse or break her out more).
I have had acne most of my life but my skin had improved over the last year. Then last month I started taking B12 supplements and the acne got significantly worse! So will probably stop once I have finished this pack.
