Start Retinol Girl and you will love it.
I am in my 20s but this is what I use. I have acne-prone oily skin and acne scars too.
Day:
Double cleanse with Micellar Water and Salicylic Acid facewash
PHA Toner (The Minimalist)
Hyaluronic Acid serum (or Hyalugel, a cheaper but more effective pharmacy alternative)
Ceramide Cream
Night:
Double cleanse with Micellar Water and Salicylic Acid facewash
PHA Toner (The Minimalist)
Niacinamide Serum
Retinol Serum
Ceramide Cream
If I am having breakouts, then at night after the retinol serum I'll use a mix of Clindamycin and Fluconazole gel that I find for INR 100-200 from any medical store.
But since you're in your 30s, then do incorporate Retinol and eye cream in ur routine. it helps with the lines, wrinkles, cell turnover. Hyaluronic Acid will help bring water molecules to the skin surface and Ceramides repair the skin barrier. Also, make sure you either having Vitamin C tablets or using the serum for your skin. Just make sure you are not mixing two unstable chemicals together.
For the use of retinol, start slow, like once a week. If you have sensitive skin then buffer it in ur moisturizer and then gradually build it up. Coz it's very drying too.
Nice topic
My routine is quite simple use aloe vera for acne and make sure I take all my makeup off before sleeping
Microdermabrasion sessions to renew your skin every now and then,
Preventative botox shots for problem spots you can probably see in the mirror when you smile or frown or scrunch up your face,
A good SPF of at least 30 or more for daytime use,
Anti-aging/Vitamin C serums,
Keep up with a nutritional diet, drink lots of water, always get your zzzz's at night .... and exercise.
That should be good enough for now. I'm sure the routine changes as you get older cuz you start introducing fillers, etc. afterwards.
If there is more to the regimen, I'm all ears too.😆
I exist and hope for the best
Are you accidentally posting in the wrong thread?
They said skincare not skin show. Go play with your child or something. 😆
