I have always had milk since I was a kid, and frankly speaking I think it doesn’t impact much as milk isn’t very pure and cow/Buffalo ko bhi aajkal kya khilate hain. Infact when I was in school I had milk thrice daily.


I have tried oziva too.. it’s good.. I take oziva greens for GERD.

The human body does not synthesize B12.

You can only get it from animal sources. If you are vegetarian or vegan then you will have to buy food fortified with B12 or supplements. If you are not deficient it's all good.

Hehe definitely the Greek yogurt! Plus the ghee. If you drink milk and eat eggs then those have B12. Basically, all animal sources. Otherwise, you can purchase cereal and soy milk that is fortified with B12. Keep doing what you are doing if it's enough.

Clean your food. That's the best thing to do to have good skin, now and forever.

Cut the junk, breads, fried food, too many spices and sugar.

Exercise daily and drink water only.

I use only baby soap on my face(im not a baby😛)

At night i apply retin - a, adapalene gel and bio oil on my face.


As you can see im more into chemicals than cosmetics.

1. Double cleanse with a cleansing balm- Plum cleansing balm

2. Face wash- Plum green tea face wash/ Body shop tea tree face wash

3. Face scrub/ exfoliation as per skin need- Plum green tea face scrub

4. Toner- Plum green tea toner

5. Serum- Olay regenerist micro sculpting serum

6. Under eye cream- Olay regenerist micro sculpting eye cream

7. Day/ Night cream- Olay regenerist micro sculpting cream

8. Sunscreen at daytime- Lotus herbals SPF 40PA+++

9. Lip balm- Plum lip balm

10. Face packs- Plum green tea face pack.


I am in 30s and I have been using serum from early twenties. Use sunscreen regularly.

Skin care products never worked for me at all.The best thing is to eat healthy,and include lots of veggies in your diet.Avoid fried food and sugar as much as you can.Walk atleast 30 mins and drink water.Avoid coke items and processed food .Works wonders.
