Possible since B12 comes from animal sources - meat, eggs, fish, etc.

If you end up being B12 deficient then you will have to either start taking supplements or buy B12 fortified food. If you are getting enough B12 then just take Biotin.

B12 supplements may cause acne. I don't get acne but once I started taking B12 I broke out a bit. I realized I didn't need it anyways so I cut it out. I stuck to Biotin instead. My sister otoh has had acne her entire life and B12 didn't effect her (didn't make her acne worse or break her out more).

AHAGglow facewash (with 1% AHA) with Sebamed facecare gel is a lifesaver when I throw up the occasional large painful pimple. Leaves no scars either.

B12 also gets made within the body, just like how these animals make it. So basically if one is taking nutritious diet, there is no need for any supplements. I am a vegetarian, vegan if you discount the tea and yogurt and ghee, but my labs have always come out good in terms of B12.

My skincare routine is very simple. I have sensitive skin so I will tell you what I do and a little background. I used to get cystic acne in my late teenage years and early 20's. I will get a little pimple here and there but it's so little and goes away on its own. Also, I used to pick at my skin and now I have a left over scarring but it's mostly faded now and a lot of the marks are gone. I just have a few indention's in my skin.

So what I have done now, since I cannot afford $3000 US dollars to get laser treatment and microneedling done, I invested in a microneedling pen I bought from amazon. I do have sensitive skin, but I have a high pain tolerance so that helps. I used that pen once a month and my skin looks soooooo much better now.

During the day I used a moisturizer with spf 30 and at night I use hyaluronic acid mixed with night cream. My skin type is combination-oily and a little dry...so I tend to use a heavier moisturizer at night.

I also use very light and gentle cleanser soaps and don't rub my skin so harshly. I am also very caution around the eyes and try to be gentle there too.
