I didn't even realize I was victimizing myself, but THANK YOU. I hate when people do that. People have it so much worse out there. That was really necessary. I'll try to not cuss. It has been draining, but I guess it was just really... bottled up maybe? Idk I'll try to cry less. And yeah this is a huge problem with me, I get really obsessed with something and then lose interest. Ive already been spending less and less time on the forum. Usually I don't even get time, but right now I'm also advised to not walk, because the level of vitamin D is sooo low it's almost funny. Like it should be around 30 and report me aaya 8.1. Plus online classes. After reading your comment ive bugged my parents to order some more books and limited screen time to 1 hour. Thoda bohot idhar udhar ho jata hai, but koi nhi. Take this if helps. Ignore if doesn't. This might sound harsh .
1. Quit victimizing yourself regardless of the situation. Once it happens, you will find yourself doing it for every situation. And it brings no good to anyone. Neither does it solve any issues nor adds any value to life. Just wastes a lot of time.
2. Stop using cuss words. You won't see why at the moment but in future, you will.
3. Don't get used to the habit of crying. If done occasionally, it makes you feel lighter. If done often, it drains you out.
4. QUIT the unnecessary use of phone. Includes Instagram, YT, IF.
a) You can comfortably watch and enjoy TV shows. No harm done but quit wasting time in discussing them. Like us. It will not matter in the next five years. In the time that is being wasted here and on Instagram, you can do a lot more things that actually matter at this point of time in your life that will shape your future.
b) This might be tough initially but it's all about a habit. Once you opt out of this this start doing the things that actually matter- you will get used to the change.
5. If you want to top, do put the best efforts in your capacity but always know that it's okay if that doesn't happen. Life is more of what you do after you don't get what you want.
6. You are having trouble concentrating because your mind is too distracted about these external factors. Leave it all for a while and see how concentrations comes back.
7. Write down -
A) Things you are unhappy about
B) Things you are happy about.
C) Your dream life
D) Obstacles in the way of your dream life
E) How you are going to clean those roadblocks
Write in detail and analyze and see what you need to do to change your life from frustrating to exciting.

Try to get the morning sunlight. I hope you are taking a vitamin D3 supplement.
PS: There is a link between vitamin D deficiency and depression. Your mood and mindset may improve once you are no longer vitamin D deficient.

Yes I try to get a lot of sunlight in the morning. And all the medicines and supplements are so yucky🤢. This is actually a childhood problem, it has become extreme only 3-4 times, thankfully. If you are in still school lagwa lo. And get them done from a reputed known place Jahan se kisi ne karaya ho. I got mine when I was 17, thoda late ho gaya that muje.
They are painful but the result is worth it. Mere neeche ke teeth were all tede Mede.. I used to move them with my tongue when I was getting permanent teeth 😆

If they make significant improvement in your looks you should definitely get braces.

Yup I'm in school, not comfortable to reveal my exact age, but I must have slipped up somewhere... oh well. My teeth are a bit uneven, but nothing too crazy. Bugs my mum a lot though, cuz she had that exact same problem. After the things I've heard in regards to braces... *shudders*. Plus all of the food restrictions, I'll not even last a day lol.
