I am just so f*cking DONE. I just don't know whats happening. I am just so, so SAD all the time! I don't even know why! Useless crying, useless moping. Take this if helps. Ignore if doesn't. This might sound harsh .
1. Quit victimizing yourself regardless of the situation. Once it happens, you will find yourself doing it for every situation. And it brings no good to anyone. Neither does it solve any issues nor adds any value to life. Just wastes a lot of time.
2. Stop using cuss words. You won't see why at the moment but in future, you will.
3. Don't get used to the habit of crying. If done occasionally, it makes you feel lighter. If done often, it drains you out.
4. QUIT the unnecessary use of phone. Includes Instagram, YT, IF.
a) You can comfortably watch and enjoy TV shows. No harm done but quit wasting time in discussing them. Like us. It will not matter in the next five years. In the time that is being wasted here and on Instagram, you can do a lot more things that actually matter at this point of time in your life that will shape your future.
b) This might be tough initially but it's all about a habit. Once you opt out of this this start doing the things that actually matter- you will get used to the change.
5. If you want to top, do put the best efforts in your capacity but always know that it's okay if that doesn't happen. Life is more of what you do after you don't get what you want.
6. You are having trouble concentrating because your mind is too distracted about these external factors. Leave it all for a while and see how concentrations comes back.
7. Write down -
A) Things you are unhappy about
B) Things you are happy about.
C) Your dream life
D) Obstacles in the way of your dream life
E) How you are going to clean those roadblocks
Write in detail and analyze and see what you need to do to change your life from frustrating to exciting.
