No way it's completely different ......there is nothing similar between the plots even .........Gorinatku is about the love between a brother and sister and it's a movie ......... MHRW's plot , theme everything is different from Gorinatku .......

Mehendi also remake. Original s Gorintaku telugu serial. Mohi was flop maybe Gul took it as a challenge n doing remake. Only my opinion don't know the real reason.

I actually saw Sandip Sikcand post a pic wid both the Telugu and Hindi cast of MHRW . It is a remake apparently wid certain changes in plot......he said it in a live .
The Goritanku to hv given a link to is a different movie wid the same name. The Telugu show has no wiki page
