I think so, 100% yes. It is highly rated among movie buffs.
However, I was MAJORLY disappointed when I watched the film in the cinema FDFS.
Today, I like it just slightly more. The soundtrack has also grown on me loads. The two lead performances are and were exemplary, absolutely beautiful Aishwarya and Hrithik were ❤️
(side note) (I reckon a significant part of the reason why I was so disappointed is because I have an old habit of FAMILIARISING myself with a soundtrack before I watch a film, because I want to be able to enjoy the soundscapes more when in the theatre, and it builds hype for me for the film and stuff lol - BUT the problem was the title track*, it insinuates that the film was going to end differently... more tragically, but it didn't and I was left with a self-inflicted anti-climax)
* the song lyrics suggests a very sad and overdramatic and tragic ending, basically his death was supposed to be quite dark and eerie like the song, and I feel that they made it slightly more light hearted as a last minute change.
p.s. it is a BEAUTIFUL title song, and Udi is another all-time favourite of mine. Shout out to Ash killing it in the video ❤️
