Who deserved to win the FF award for best actress for 2000s?

That's the decade I associate with Bollywood and know most of the performances that got high reception. So who according to you deserved best actress award in the 2000s decade? You can even name people not in nomination list.

2000 - Karishma, Fiza (don't like Karishma but she was great in the role)

2001 - Tabu, Chandni Bar (lol @ Kajol winning over her)

2002 - Rani, Saathiya (don't think her performance is all that, but she was the best among the nominees)

2003 - Urmilla, Pinjar

2004 - Shilpa Shetty, Phir Milenge / Urmilla, EHT (I'm a Rani fan, but her win for HT was so undeserving)

2005 - Vidya, Parineeta

2006 - Kajol, Faana (only role of Kajol I liked in the last 2 decades) / Kareena, Omkara

2007 - Vidya, BB / Kareena, JWM

2008 - PC, Fashion (not a fan of this performance, but I guess the other nominees weren't good either)

2009 - Kareena, Kurbaan

2010 - Vidya, Ishqia (lol @ Kajol winning, again)

Vidya or Rani. It's a close call.

Madhuri (Pukar) - dont like MD, but she was quite good in this

2001

Kajol (K3G) - best mainstream performance that year

2002

Rani (Saathiya)

2003

PZ (Kal ho na ho) - fantastic all round performance and probably her career best

2004

Rani (Hum Tum / VZ) - she had two really solid performances in two of the biggest hits that year

2005

Vidya by a mile for Parineeta

2006

Kareena for Omkara (not a lot of competition this year)

2007

Vidya for Bhool Bhulaiya

Toughest year IMO, because anyone of Vidya (BB), Kareena (JWM), Tabu (Cheeni Kum) could have won.

2008

Aishwarya for Jodha Akbar - only role I really liked her in

I am a Rani fan, I am ... but found her performance in Black unconvincing and overhyped. She didn't look/feel "blind" to me at all. She looked like a mentally challenged girl, and often made a caricature of her role. Vidya was better by miles
