So it is hospital track now. I am not sure if it was predecided or introduced as a result of lockdown and shoot issues.

Will Ahaan reach the hospital and get to know the truth? On one had, it seems very likely as he is very worried and obviously want to know what happened to Ishqi but on other hand it is very early for him to know the truth (as per Gul's previous shows)

Show is itself fast pacing. Its been a month only and leads have feelings for each other already, very unlike GK shows.

Honestly, I won't be much surprised if they get married the next month, and what after that.. wrap up the show? I don't feel any major misunderstanding on the way, but let's see how it unfolds. There's a twist certainly.
