I doubt she had anything to do with the movie selection anyway. She was just there to give publicity to MAMI. All I remember are her red carpet appearances. Now with COVID, the fun part is gone anyway. Even KJo resigned recently, didn't he?

Did any of you ever cared about MAMI before you heard DP’s name attached to it?

JNU and Maal didn’t stop Deepika from bagging so many movies nor huge brands like Louis Vuitton. So if she said she is stepping because of work I believe her. She is currently juggling with two movies, doing several ads. She still has the Intern and Fighter to start this year. As much as you want her to go down, it ain’t happening so get used to it or continue to be delusional 👍🏼
