The episode begins where Omkar is taking Tara to the doctors for a check up and some certificates for traveling. Mayura calls Dr Khanna and tells him what to do and how she will be waiting outside for Tara.

Omkar reaches the hospital to see Dr Khanna, and Dr Khanna was talking on the phone with Mayura at the time, Omkar walks in and Dr Khanna gets paranoid and scared and calls Mayura Ms Mandira. Omkar insists to see his phone and Dr Khanna says why would you suspect me? Dr Khanna says to Omkar that he wishes to do the treatment with Tara alone. He asks him to go out and asks him to trust him. Omkar goes out and tells his guard to watch and guard the door. Dr Khanna calls Mayura and tells Tara there is someone for you to talk to. Tara says hello to angel mother Mayura. Tara gets excited to play hide and seek with Mayura. The Dr's assistant takes Tara out hiding her under a trolley. Tara accidently drops her doll.

Omkar comes back with an ice cream for Tara and he realises Tara is not in the doctor's office. Omkar gets annoyed and asks where is Tara? Dr says she has gone to the washroom. Omkar gets very angry and grabs his collar. Dr's assistant says sorry Tara is not in the washroom now, don't know where she has gone. Omkar screams and shouts at his guard too. He calls police and his mother comes.

Mayura gets worried thinking where is Tara and how did she leave? Where did she go? Mayura searches for Tara and calls her father to tell him Tara has been kidnapped by someone and isn't with her or Omkar. Manjri comes to the hospital and assumes Dr Nayan has kidnapped Tara and Omkar says no she was here then left to go see her mother as that time Tara was with him still. Omkar calls Nayan, Mayura overhears and says she needs to reach home before Omkar asks me where is Tara.

Police are at Omkar's home and Omkar gets a call from the kidnapper (Megha, Mayura's sister) and demands for money of 50 lakhs and ends the call. Police officer said we couldn't trace the call. Mayura gets a hint of the voice.

Omkar threatens Nayan and asks her where is Tara. Nayan says what will she do with Tara? She says why would I hurt her? She is like my daughter.
