i think first imlie will get upset that everyone forgot her birthday so she will cry sitting on her bed and remember her mom when Adi Malini will come to her to take her to the surprise spot but seeing her crying Adi will step up and console her and make her closing her eyes he will take her holding her shoulders to the spot

i dont think taking her to his room will be a birthday gift for her, it doesnt make sense

and i watched another segment, anu will come for sure and in that segment Malini dadi gifted her gold chain and anu comes after that makes a drama and Imlie cryingly removes the chain. and sumbul said that Adi will gift her something that will be best gift of her life.

Adi taking imlie to his room is definitely not a birthday gift. It will be more like a way to cheer her mood. That's it. But I guess, adi will make a declaration at the party that he will get imlie admitted to college. Since, we all saw how he was dumbstruck by Imlie's intelligence. 😎

His birthday gift for her will be college admission! I'm so sure of it now! That's the only really big thing that will make Imlie happy and Sumbul said in an interview that uski life ki sabse badi gift hai ye😳
