One doubt, if in case I pick Shiv from EDT, is there a rule that he should be written as a ghost or a living man?

A ghost😊 since they showed him as a ghost for majority of the show, except for the flashback and the second season of the show😊

I know right Partner , highly tempting indeed 😆. I almost signed up after reading it and then realized I am already on a writers block that could rival my previous ones , so no need to sign up for a contest at this point 😆
