Not unrequited. They were together for years. Nargis finally left him because he wouldn't leave his wife - but not because he didn't love Nargis. In Rishi Kapoor's book he talks about when he was born that Raj was madly in love - but not with his mother.

Apart from that, the only unrequited love that I know of with 100% accuracy is my one-sided love for SRK.
