Asha had a thing for Shammi?😲
Nope. Asha was in life with a married director. In fact she called Shammi Kapoor Chacha. Shammi's wife Geeta Bali was very fond of Asha and loved putting on makeup and pampering her. "She's so cute" Geeta would say "Can we adopt her?"

There were two Nasir Hussains at the time. The guy who played the father role. And then the director who made cheesy romcoms. Sometimes he would lift entire plot or comic scenes from his previous movies and repeat them in a new movie with a new cast. The guy could teach David Dhawan a thing or two. I believe he's Aamir's uncle.
