Most iconic has to be Deepika Chikhalia. She and none of the other actors are embedded as their respective characters. Ramayan's fandom is still at another level.

But personally Shweta Tiwari as Prerna (KZK 1) was the biggest. Kyunki...and Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki was mainly for adults but kids and teens also watched KZK 1. Prerna had a bigger fan demographic.
