Kareena's acting in K3G

Even though Poo is an iconic character, I think the acting by Kareena was way OTT even her sidekicks were really bad at acting and Kareena was overacting in the movie

Yup I agree with u. She has written overrated on her everything.

But like...that was the whole point of the character...
It's not like she was striving to do subtle, natural acting and it turned out OTT by accident. The character was written to be that way and Kareena enacted as directed.

I never understand ya'll complaining about her acting OTT as Poo when she was always supposed to be OTT.

Poo is the kind of character who would be butt of all jokes in university. No way she could have been popular chick. But in Kjo's world she was cool so yeah!

Have seen OTT characters like Sharpay and Regina George but Poo in no way was nearly as fierce. Bebo just played herself and even then she looked like she was a doing a parody of stereotypical Queen Bee of College. In fact that whole movie is unbearable to watch.

Kareena wasn't playing herself, she was playing KJo 😆 and playing the character as directed.

Kareena was not playing herself. She was playing Karan. Poo is a persona of Karan Johar. And this has been confirmed by Bebo as well as kJo.

Just she was so good everyone assumed that's her. Just how everyone assumes Geet is her. I've heard that as well. Kareena just played herself in Jab We Met. Does she have multiple personality disorder or something?

Kareena acted the worst and people find poo iconic 😕

Poo is iconic because even her biggest haters still remember her every scene and every dialogue 😛

Na Geet is no way Bebo. She doesn't seem as loud and bubbly in real life.She did good as Geet but Poo is someone one can easily imagine her to be. In fact her acting through out early 2000 is pretty same.
