Karthik and Aditya

Hey... i was going through all the pictures of the show... i've not seen the show from the beginning.. and i saw a picture that it show there is 2 babies and Karthik's mom is going with one child to Adi's place and dropping one kid there... so now im confuse is Karthik and Aditya bro? or wut???
