Hey... i was going through all the pictures of the show... i've not seen the show from the beginning.. and i saw a picture that it show there is 2 babies and Karthik's mom is going with one child to Adi's place and dropping one kid there... so now im confuse is Karthik and Aditya bro? or wut???

Kartik and Aditya are fraternal twins.

But because Tapasya (Gayatri's bhabhi) wasn't conceiving a child, so Gyatri gave her one of her children

So yeah, they're brothers
