An update has arrived now, where reports suggest that KK Singh has stated to the CBI that his son has been murdered and that he wants the CBI to investigate the case as a murder and not as abatement of suicide.Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case has been handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), who is now investigating the case. The CBI filed an FIR against 6 people including Rhea Chakraborty, Indrajit Chakraborty, Sandhya Chakraborty, Showik Chakraborty, Samuel Miranda, Shruti Modi, and others as accused. They have been charged under various sections of the Indian Penal Code including abetment of suicide, criminal conspiracy, wrongful restraint/confinement, theft, criminal breach of trust, cheating, and other offenses.

Only a couple of hours ago, we reported about how heavy security has been deployed outside the house where Rajput's father KK Singh is residing while the statement will be recorded.

An update has arrived now, where reports suggest that KK Singh has stated to the CBI that his son has been murdered and that he wants the CBI to investigate the case as a murder and not as abatement of suicide. This indeed comes across as quite a surprise where his father, in his FIR at Bihar claimed that it was the abatement of suicide earlier. But now, owing to the circumstances and his suspicion that the evidence is being tampered with, he wants his son’s case to be investigated as a murder case. The fate of the case will be known only tomorrow and whether and how does CBI investigates will also be known then.

Let's say Sushant even told you not to tell him anything, the LEAST you could have done as a human being with a heart is tell him that he's doing okay? But no, you BLOCK the person?! You know I would believe if Someone comes and says, SUshant did not want to talk to his family , so she did it. People here are doing it anyway. However keeping myself in her position, If an old man worriedly messages me to know about the well being of his child, the least I would do is assure him he is fine. Not even that assurance was given.

Now the manager says , she does not know about the transactions but Rhea was surely handling his professional and financial decisions. Again considering his mental condition, even if she took care of his finance, will a lover not make sure, the money is spent only where required and should not be spent leisurely and lavishly , since the owner of this money is in no condition to understand the spending.

And we have articles claiming she was his partner and she has all rights to use his money. She did it with his permission. At one hand you say he was not in a correct state of mind to handle his own finances but then on other hand was definitely in correct state of mind to let her spend or rather waste his hard earned money. And this girl has the audacity to claim the BIL wants to get his insurance. Anything that Sushant owned has to go legally to his family, anyway.

What kind of person does this to an elderly being, maybe your family doesn't care for you enough and use you as a mean that doesn't apply for others family as well.

I can't even imagine what Sushant's father must me feeling when he was unable to contact his child. My parents literally freak out if i don't receive their calls for more than 2 times and don't call back them within 3hours. And here he was unable to contact his child for months, it is hard to imagine the pain he was in.

Any news on SC hearing?

Rhea has claimed some where that BIL wants Sushant's insurance?
