Cannot imagine the grief of their 3 kids. I'll pray that they find the strength to cope with the loss of their parents. Stay strong and safe.

Watched raat akeli on netflix .., definately one time watch... good mystery but stretched a bit. Though not a fan of blood gore n violence as much. Nice to see nawazuddin as lead as most of lead roles r done by good looking heroes. The conversations Betn him n his mom regards To girls rejecting him due to his dark skin Is also a reality as wt girls still.

Saw inspector abhijeet from cid in villain role after long time. I was a fan of cid for few yrs post conception of the show esp wen b p singh of ahat was directing it. I luved ahat season 1 due to its supernatural theme. I didnt watch any after that.

Those were fun days wen i n my brother used to hide behind bedcovers wenever horror or scary scenes on tv And Watch only in between scenes.

We were such scaredy cats 😀

I watched 'Raat akeli hai' too. Wasn't impressed. Was expecting more because of the good reviews. It starts out good. Then drags and becomes a love story; only to come back on track towards the end. The opening scene was pretty gruesome.

Aahat was not my cup of tea...ever. Hubby knew that I was a scary cat so purposely took me to watch 'Scream'. That was the first movie we watched together in a theater.

CHYD had AS team yesterday. Watching at remote place CHYD antics on laptop. Shreya bugde mimicking shubhra and Nilesh sable mimicking ajoba was fun.

True .. One cannot imagine Abhijeet the CID inspector in any other role especially a vilan role.. Its like what if tommorrow Jethalal or kapil sharma act as a villan in a thriller movie ... Difficult to accept...

Somehow somewhere I feel as a marathi manoos I cannot relate to or digest the dark murky underbelly of certain parts of northern India esp UP Bihar.... Quite a few movies on Netflix AP have been screened that show macabre murders , molestation and obnoxious male chauvinism in those pockets of our country that could be a reality but is revulsive to say the least...

I used to think that because I'm a female and don't live in India, I don't understand these shows and movies. Glad you mention that Marathi manoos cannot relate to some North Indian stereotypical violence portrayed on celluloid. This movie 'Raat Akeli Hai' is no different.

'Gangs of Wasseypur' is another one that comes to my mind. I couldn't sit through the first movie; forget the second part.
