Btw. I just want to point out that abetment to suicide is ridiculously tough to prove. And judges dont like it. You need just one logical argument and the person will walk free.

The judges are not psychiatrists and they really cannot comprehend how the mental harassment and abuse can cripple a person. So something as simple as he was an adult who could walk out anytime is a defence. But lets hope for the best.

I am hoping rhea blurts out something. Her statements have been contradictory and the fact that the family had already warned mumbai police in feb and april can give a lead.

I have been saying this constantly.

All the allegations in FIR are very carefully drafted and all of them can be proved.

But none , will prove her guilty in a way she is punished.

I already knew that whatever stupid useless "summoning" Mumbai Police have been doing is a waste of time and completely pointless. I've commented this on a thread already that the Police are just wasting as much time as possible so that there is no use of a CBI inquiry. They are just interviewing people to satisfy the public. And I have to also say I'm disgusted with the likes of Kangana who made this all about nepotism, herself, and frivilous buffoonery "this person didn't like his childhood photo". Such a waste of time and diversion of attention.

You know I dont really respect them , when it comes to big names. They are damn good as far as someone powerful is not involved .

The lawyer clearly stated the fact that Mumbai police has been forcing family to name some big Production House (you see, big production houses will never be punished and the case will go on till its a forgotten chapter). Then again he mentioned the bigger PHs might have played their own parts (small but contributory), but Rhea cannot be excluded because of these small contributions. Plus the fact that she went on to share his mental state with everyone who she was close to, thats so insensitive. That boy .. I dont know , I feel so much for him. I dont even know how is his family going to deal with the loss and then this case. Also recently there was news about her using his money for all her transactions, is something I found really wrong as a woman who is working and is in a relationship. Yet I did not question it much. And also I remember there was this blind on how a successful actor is living on his gf' money . We jump the gun when the news is about a man, but when its about a woman, well she has the rights to use his money. The boy had to literally die for everyone to know , it was the other way round. For his cos stars to come out and speak how he was a gentleman and really helpful and for a costar who he was alleged to have made uncomfortable to come out and speak in lengths how she connected to him on many levels, how much she adored him and what a wonderful man he was. This boy had to go for all this ...

Why wouldn't they look into it then? This if ignored in feb is sheer callousness

Your last sentences...that's what hits me the most. He went away quietly without complaining or jeopardizing anyone' s life (he didn't leave any note like Jiah. He could have. He had nothing to lose anymore) and it took his life for everyone to start noticing what was being done to him. The blinds were there for everyone to see..people mocked, judged, made fun. Plus, if what the family is saying is true then the turmoil in his personal life where everything was being managed by someone else. The lowest part was threatening to out his medical details. I really don't want it to be true because I cannot even imagine the pain it must have caused him. For an already fragile man whose reputation is in shambles because of something, he didn't even do to be threatened like that. Had I been in his place, even I would have felt my world ending and closing in on me. Mental harassment is no less than physically harming somebody. In fact, it's even worse in my opinion because at least you stop feeling anything once you are physically dead. Here, you die bit by bit every day. A slow and torturous death. The worst kind.

The fact that the family has hired a solid and top lawyer of not less than the supreme court makes me think they have thought this through. They took their time and have hired the best services to get justice for their baby. However, I do agree with the others that abetment to suicide is extremely difficult to prove. The cases drag on and don't really find a proper conclusion and the accused usually go scot free. Having said that, Rhea and family have also been charged under breach of trust, fraud and several other sections. If they can prove it with clinching evidence which is possible, then there is hope. I hope no innocent will be punished and the guilty will be taken to task.

People will now still say that his family is witch hunting ? They informed the police twice and they did NOTHING ???

But police never do anything because they have been bribed by ....... (fill in the blanks)
