Vidya is getting monotonous now. She’s already won two awards for this kind of performance. Getting boring now. I would’ve preferred Rani in this one

I kinda liked it and kinda felt it was bit OTT!

But definitely planning to watch it - been a while since a Hindi family movie night!

I saw few videos of Shakuntala Devi. Yes, she wasn’t the serious type but this seems OTT. Tht’s a general problem with BW biopics they take too much fictional liberty making ppl caricatures. Oh n Sanya’s wig was horrible! Not sure if it’s an attempt to add humour.

Vidya is so one-note as a performer! I will watch this for Shakuntala Devi!

Interesting to read on Shakuntala Devi, she moved to London in 1944 and returned to India in the 1960s. I wonder if that part would be covered in the movie, her life in London, and her travels around the world.

Interestingly, her daughter is living in London too. Lives there and has business and family there.

The more I see Vidya, the more I find her one tone, be it Tumhari Sulu or Mission Mangal, I didn't like Mission Mangal at all and found her underwhelming in it

Vidya has got most of the mannerisms right... She is such a delight to watch.
