Karan likes Sid because he likes a certain type of dude. As a whole he works hard to shove certain insiders down our throat. I dead sure that was scripted to change Alia image. I am more sure of that than I am of Sushant being ranked low being scripted. It seemed like his snooty gang might not have liked for whatever reason.
