that's govt hospital, I think. Every state capital has govt Post Graduate college cum hospital. crowded but very reliable and provide cheap treatment. Mere yaha sab Rohtak PGI hi jaate hai jab kuch badi bimari hoti h. That's first stop. Uske baad Delhi ka AIIMS ya Apollo hi option rah jata h

Yes govt hospitals are more reliable , i have been advised by my doctor friends living abroad to try and use govt hospitals as when i can ...they do too but unfortunately most govt hospitals in smaller cities and towns are nowhere near AIIMS /Apollo , the place i come from people don't even go to govt hospital for free and majority of the time it is deserted .

In kanika's case i meant to say why pay heed to her tantrums just treat her like everyone else with normal food and facilities.
