Why is that surprising for you? I know my ex boss's sister was 15 when she got married. And they're from Delhi. Toh Sana's family toh phir comes from a village where getting married at 15 is normal even today.

Also, she's talking about how her mom is so shy that she won't ever come on Bigg Boss and to emphasise it further she is telling Sid what Shehbaaz told her - that recently when someone came to their place for an interview she wasn't ready and ended up telling them that she is the house help so as to avoid being on camera. That only goes to show how innocent and shy the mother is.
