Why doesn't BB have the guts to scold ONLY shukla for this matter ?. It is always he who gives dhamkis like these first to asim to meet outside and stuff like that. Why is it always necessary to bash asim even if shukla does something wrong

I'm sure salman sirf aisa bol rha tha, shukla has this ghamand that he is the fighter but by agreeing to meet him outside he is just proving that he is indeed a gunda, and that's not something to be proud of !

Asim is sane and feel the air of the situation hence he will refuse, it's not that he is scared but he is sensible and mature.
