Why I felt he want to inform Sana that soon she will be new Rashmi desai.

Because Rashmi asked him firmly but politely to refrain from bringing up issues related to her house, so this was an indirect from Salman like the mature individual that he is.

I think Salman Khan is quite angry with Rashmi for the way she dealt with Arhan after all the revelations.

He probably doesn't want her to have anything to do with Arhan.
