What's so special about Sara Ali Khan?

She seems like an average beauty, not stunning in any way. Also, she is so average in acting! Why are people going gaga over her? The only thing good about her is her articulate nature. But is that enough to warrant the hype around her?

I found her very bland in Kedarnath, dunno why. But compared to Jhanvi in Dhadak, it was a superlative perf.!

She has good communication skills, chirpy and media friendly.
