I think so its Ragbhir imagination. Otherwise at that condition pragati would take him to hospital instead of saying such lines Bcoz he is extremely injured.

I agree on this not only kzk but also kkb n kdb...she portrays the MLs are victims and the FLs are god knows some witch in their lives that destroyed them but all these FLs be it prerna,pragya,preeta,pragati eveyone has risk their lives to save the so called victims but in the end they only get the bad name
