Sorry but I don't agree. It was inhumane act for me. You can say Bajaj is not inhumane .....I would agree but the act was. It shows a complete absence of morality to me. Both his and Prerna's action.

@bold: There can be more meanings of the same word. Try to go beyond the first meaning given in the dictionary.

And I will help anyone I can till the point my life isn't threatened. If I have to choose between my life and a stranger's or someone who is not my dearly loved one, I will choose to save myself.

I'm not even saying that his action was right. What I am saying is that Bajaj isn't incapable of making a mistake. He makes mistakes. That's why he's not a saint. But it's how he feels about those mistakes. He regrets them. He is sorry for whatever happened with Anurag. Now please tell me.. if a person acknowledges his mistake and shows remorse for it, what should be your response? Will it be right to withhold forgiveness because he made the mistake in the first place? And if your answer is yes, then how is that moral? We can't just condemn people for their wrong actions. What kind of society would that be then?

@aryapdane Heyyy🤗......i loved your replies in this thread. They are so close to how i see things as well.....but i was struggling to put it into words.....you have done it so beautifully. Loved reading it. That's the major point .....that i as a bajaj fan ( i think i can count myself there ) do agree that he has done a crime and expected more of guilt from his side too.......but when he has done this by mistake ...and taken almost all measures he could according to his viewpoint....coming back...going to police to confess.....coming to prerna.....going to say sorry to basu's. I dont term him inhumane. He was ready to go with police ....it was police who left him due to lack of evidence.....he is not running away from punishment and neither prerna is trying to protect him from getting punished.

Finally.. a kindred spirit! The thing is I'm a sucker for redemption of a character. I don't want them whitewashed. I want the dirt that mar their souls and I want a journey that shows growth and development of a person. Bajaj is the most real person in the show. Also, poor man.. aur kya kare aadmi? Hang himself because people won't punish him?

This is exactly my problem with the character. If he stays in black gray zone its fine because that's how he was introduced. If he tried to run away or bribe i wouldn't be surprised. But he is trying to show prerna how good a human is , on the other hand not confess to the police that he caused the accident. Why? Then he was not in trance. Police needs to investigate so he is standing there mum isn't it ? He and his wife both, who know the truth. So he is neither here nor there..When he commits a mistake its because he is gray but to his wife he shows he is the epitome of chivalry self respect and values ? i can't buy his transition and hypocrisy.

If i am not wrong.....i heard police say that bajaj went and informed police themself about the accident. If bajaj wanted to protect himself, he could have give money to police....or he could have run away or asked shivi to stay mum through prerna. But nothing like that happened. He has confessed that he has done the accident....to prerna...to police....to the whole basu clan infact. Someone who himself goes to police and confess isnt scared of punishment.

Just to clarify my point ( because many here don't seem to get that ).

I'm not saying Bajaj didn't try to do things to rectify a "mistake" . But that doesn't relieve him off the thing he has done.

It doesn't matter what you do later on. It matters what you do in the moment. If he would hv done what was needed in the moment .......that would hv shown strength of character. What he does later is just compensation.

Just think would you forgive a murderer or a rapist when they repent their " mistakes " later ??? Because a lot of them do. After spending tym in jail a lot of them reform. But would you be able to call their previous act a " mistake "??

Then why are the scales different here ??? Just because Mr Bajaj is fictional he won't be compared on same standards ?? Or is it because a popular actor plays it ......that we give the character a clean chit for everything ??

Edited to Add : i'm not comparing Mr Bajaj to a rapist. Just citing an example of how difficult it is forgive people .

Sorry to anyone who found it offending

Prerna, it is a great time to reveal all your truth behind the marriage with Mr Bajaj and your pregnancy. Ask Anurag to come back for shake of his child. Take advantage of this situation. Let Anurag to move after knowing the truth. Even after you could move with Mr. Bajaj by showering love for her Kuki.

The truth of your marriage is one of Anurag's mistakes. If he did not chase Ronith unnecessarily, if he did not enter Mr. Bajaj's chemical factory on that day, Your love is still with you. If Anurag could be able to think twice before enter the chemical factory, yes, these accidents, these arguments, these hatreds, this much of court cases were not in the KZK story.
