Maybe I need to rewatch the mango ice cream scene again but I don’t recall Babita using the phrase Amrit manthan there.
I do recall her giving the analogy of flavors and saying that she wants to taste the main flavor of mango in the ice cream without cramming other flavors into it....the symbolism felt like it was about a yearning to move beyond a hodgepodge of flavors and get to the core pure flavor within...trying to say that life has so many flavors that it throws at us, but sometimes we want to focus on the unadulterated...in this case, the flavor of mango without any adulteration of other flavors to take away from the taste of mango in the ice cream. I think she gave the analogy of the churning cream to bring out the flavor.
The Amrit Manthan analogy is different....HS didn’t choose to focus on the poison, that is the basis of the Amrit manthan Story...you have to ingest the poison to get to the Amrit....so he used the direct analogy that way....the ice cream flavor case was a bit different I think
But I do understand the general point you are trying to make about the balance HB are trying to embody.
