This time I think she will care, or at least start caring maybe, with RB injured it will be a jolt to her system...

Also Mehra asks Prerna to go home while he will stay with dear boss as Cookie might need her, she reluctantly agrees and at home baam MB says this. Late at night ICU door opens and Prerna goes and holds Bajaj's hand and rests her head on the bed rails... Thinking how rude she had been.
