Off-air rumours were circling around from the initial weeks when the TRP hit a low of 0.6.

They made a terrible mistake by not pairing shrezain. I did expect this because the channel stopped all the repeats.The show is already on a ventilator.

So let's enjoy the show till it airs and wait for it to end on a happy note.

@bold this was wot went completely wrong with the show...also unnecessarily they white washed Jhanvi's character. They cud have made her a true villain as in the initial promotions. Wud have been fun with someone like Shrenu playing a vamp

Even though her choices weren't good she is not jobless even after getting wallpaper treatment in IB.

Hit show milna bohot mushkil.

Even famous actors like barun,sanaya,dhrastis shows didn't do well in Trps charts after giving hit shows.

So we never know what will work and what not.

I am happy that Shrenu did this show, because she got to play a grey role, and she did a fab job, no one faults her acting.

But because of the concept and time slot, plus because the channel made a mistake of not pairing Shrezain from the beginning, the show didn't do well.

When EBP aired in 2013-15 the channel still gave time to shows to settle down and find its audience. TRP race was not so difficult then.

But now trps are hard to come by. If you see the overall content quality on Star has gone down a lot.

During EBP's time, Star had good shows like EHMMBH, Mahabharat, initial days of YHM, etc.

Now half the shows are supernatural.

Only YRKKH, KKB, KDB get trps above 3 (among daily soaps) because they have a set audience since years.

Newer shows, even an EK production like KZK only managed 2.2 average, and its on the 8 pm slot, which is considered best.

Anyways, I am happy I got Janhvi Mittal, a character I can cherish forever.

I think Shrenu should move to Sony, if she wants to do good content.

After doing a powerful role like Janhvi Mittal, she won't be satisfied playing abla nari on Star Plus. Thats what I think.

No no I am not blaming her for her choices. Infact I guess she was misguided or bcoz of the TRP pressure the story line was changed from the original. Like DBO was launched as the first ever spin off on indian television, but much focus was not on it by the PH. Initially Shrenu kept on saying that she is proud to be a part of the first ever spin off on indian television. I guess she might have expected something else. In the case of EBSS, I am sure that this was not the character initially proposed to her. The story line was tremendously changed due to TRPs. So she cant be blamed, its all mere luck bcoz she is a super talented and good looking actress.

I was wondering, if the off air news is true how can Shrenu and Zain be so happy. I mean its not that their life depends on this show, but still...I guess only we fans are pondering our heads abt this. The actors might even be on discussion for their next😊

@bold: Lets hope this is true, and both grab a new show soon. *fingers crossed*

To be honest i want them on other channel like zee or sony! ! ! As zee is not that much concerned about trp and sony ki toh baat hi alag hai. . . They give Content no matter what! !

I dunno about Zain. I mean, his fans wanted the show to end since it started. Initially they didn't like his role because it was less, later they didn't like the story (we didn't either for that matter), plus they always seem to want him to act only with Aditi, which I find weird.

So, they are going to be quite glad that the show is going off-air. 🥱

Mujhe frankly sirf Shrenu ki fikar hai. Like I hope that Zain gets a new show too, but I'm sure he will, he's hugely popular.

I just wish Shrenu gets a new show too. Soon.

Till then, if EBSS is going off air in September, we can still focus on the show for a month. Hopefully.

Lets concentrate on that. And guys vote in the Lion Gold awards and ITA. So that hopefully Shrenu will attend and I'll get to see her red carpet look
