I am not someone who watches movie for educational purpose. For me, movies are just for entertainment. Yet, Shahid Kapoor's movie, Kabir singh irked me. The hero promotes toxic masculinity and the heroine lacks a backbone and her constant " Babying" put me off!

But there ARE women like that in the world!!! I know a few of them. Why cant a film be made on them ?

We can make films on whitewashing criminals ....but god forbid we make a movie about a woman without a backbone.

I am not denying that there aren't women like them. But whitewashing is what put me off.

Though I agree with you, when there are movies where terrorist and criminals are whitewashed, then why not this girl.
