Ranbir Kapoor new interview arks live instagram
When she was asked if there is a sports biopic she would want to see being made, the actress only had her father's name in mind. She said, "I understand the gender issue (smiles). But if I had to play a sports person, then it would be him or any sports legend from that era.
matlab you are not gonna act in any sports biopics. good😆
Par kaise?
Isi liye nahi play kar rahi. She said if it wasn't for the gender she would have loved to play prakash padukone onscreen as he is a very inspirational athlete and so are many of his generation athletes who achieved so much without any proper infrastructure or support.
I don't know if her father would appreciate that.

Oh, that makes sense.... Title is wrong, TM....edit it please...
Yea, sportsperson of that era must've struggled a lot, due to so many issues.... And Deepika must've heard or seen her father's struggle first hand... Didn't she say that seeing her mother, throughout her growing years, makes her understand Romi Dev's point of view more....

Don't worry, her father has read the entire article and not just the title.
Promoting nepotism 😉😆

Prakash padukone single handedly made badminton a professional sport in India. Before him not many took it up to compete at international level. He used to practice in a wedding hall when it was off-season (no weddings) He had to let go of his secure job in a Bank to move to Denmark for better training facilities coz India lacked them at that time much to his family and relatives disagreement. That doubled with federation's apathy all were huge hurdles which he over came. If today Indian shuttlers are making us all proud then it is all coz this one man never gave up his pursuit for excellence in the sport that was his passion. He even fought with BAI in the 90's forced them to clean the muck and groomed Gopichand to be a champion who in turn is grooming 100's of champions. Prakash padukone's story is inspiring and needs to be told and there are many such legends from the 80's n 90's who ushered the change in the way sports are played in this country.

😂 that's a good one!
Isn't the title by pinkvilla 🙄🤔
