She might be doing A & B combined. But its still her life happening so she has a right to talk about it, use it or do whatever she wants to do.

My opinion is that she never got a closure. Never got answers to her questions and was just shut out. Then was made to promote a movie with him and act as if nothing happened. She might have expected her closure then but it never came so she is still hurting. Tried downplay it, tried acting brave about it but now finally came to a point where she has accepted the fact that she is hurting and probably speaking out is helping her soothe herself why deny her that only coz log kya sochenge?!
