Inexperience is advantagous?

Eperienced folks have a proven process to follow, nothing will chamge unless the experienced people are open for looking for better ways of doing things, without intiation nothing can happen and seldom do the experienced people look for change, no wonder there is no major change in all sectors .

People who are inexperienced definately gave a different frame of mind and can help get that new zing to any tasks.

Debate : Experience is way to go for any proffitable organisationd or they need new ways and idea from inexperienced ppl, for continuing growth?

Inexperience brings fresh perspective in any aspect in organization.....but this need to be blended with the expereince of the senior folks😊

Inexperience has more advantages as they are keen to work n always look for more ideas.Inexperience people always want to learn more and are very fresh people they always try to make their work better. Experience people are also good but some experienced people only follow what they have learnt and have been following and dont want to take new ideas.

Everyone inexperienced when they join fresh jobs after studies...its has some advantages and disadvantages........😊 fresh inexperianced peoples join any new job we can modulte them easly ,and teach the new ways of working system.... experienced people they not ready to change the present working method, if we want to change the working style ,its very difficult to change.😊
