Really won't expect inexperienced to learnt he ways from experienced folks, will keep them separated and do thier thing. Later based on delivered might combine the effort, to avoid inexperienced getting influenced by the experienced folk. Finally cost factor is of utmost importance, but depends on how much confident the driver is.😊
