awww, you're so beautiful ..the way you feel towards the song...❤️ 😃 ..you must love the original very much..😃 I also feel the same when I listen to Jagjit's voice.. just hearing him hum feels other-worldly and at the same time - has immense warmth in his voice.. a very beautiful singer..

@Bold - You hit the nail at the right spot. This exactly this. The reverberations and slight 'echo type' feel in his voice. ❤️
Yes I really love this song. :)

Pretty efficient and amazing range as well. 😆
But I'm sure when it comes to actually utilizing it I'll end up with 'Arrrrgghhhhhhh Fukk, Soooooooooo Good, divine, heavenly, pierces my heart, I can't explain, Ultimate combustion' :P
I guess with songs I feel such extremes na, that I find it difficult to categorize them as well. I'm a pain.
@ Kahin toh hogi song.
Hey this years second contribution from my end in your already vast library. I guess first was 'Titus was born'. That was also a nice song na?
That bearded guy's name is Abhijit Vaghani. That's alI know about him. It was his voice and rendition exactly that hooked me to this song. I guess the lines he sung are also the poignant lines from the song, but he sang them so well yaar. I mean when I was listening to this song, it was like hey nice..not bad..not bad and then this guy sings...and I'm like Woah! What just hit me?
hehe you are so right.. when the moment comes, it will be a vortex of emotions and incoherence :p
YESSSS, love the other mixtape mashups too Deja, put them in playlist - including Suna Suna ..such lovely finds!! :) ... a lot of songs you showed me went into library ..Titus was born is amazing! I listen to it regularly :D .. I think this was also one of the first you shared with me this year... or was it last year? Lol

Ya, Abhijit's entry "jaane na kahan" takes the song to next level somewhere far above.. :D

IKR! I have ended up liking quite a few mashups or covers done by T-series. They have done quite a beautiful job. Especially the selection of the songs, as in which two songs to mash up together, the music, the nuances everything. Bless the soul of whoever's brain child this was and the entire team.
Hey correct me if I'm wrong, weren't you a bit averse towards this song? If you were then I'm glad this particular rendition managed to make it a bit more likeable for you. Because it is such a nice song yaar. If not, then I'm happy you got 2 versions of this song to enjoy. :P
@Sab tera/ Soch na Sake song
Dude! Yes! The starting part especially the Sitar part (Correct me if I'm wrong with regards to the instrument).
So I'm not quite fond of the Sab tera song. With Soch naa sake I like the 'Tainu itna mai pyaar kara' part. In both the original and even this version. But together they bring a nice easy breezy lounge type feel to it. I think so I liked this song for the rendition of the 'Tainu itna mai pyaar kara' part only. That chorus was just sublime.
I haven't heard any songs that I know of, of Hardy. But he was pretty nice here. Especially the chorus part. :D
@ The song you posted above
Yes I faintly remember you posting this song before as well. I'm still a bit neutral towards the song and Zubin also.
I will be posting more from this series if I listen and like any
the atmosphere in all the songs you posted is so good.. such great improvisations upon the originals.. ❤️ why don't they put such remakes in films?
Haha yes, you remember correctly! I was averse, never listen to it unless I'm stuck with my mom or friends and the aversion is going away slowly, bit by bit - very minuscule difference though :p ...The male-part is something that feels kinda hurtful - it may not be so according to the song, but mera dil feels little heavy.. I avoid this song, more specifically to avoid that part - but it's still the part that I love too... even if I prepare myself or consciously distract myself, it does something to me lol.. Maybe I should listen to it often so I will get used to it and won't have that reaction when I listen to it once in a few months.. this version is so good, the one you shared.. I love it. I'll show this to my mom, who loves the original a lot.

Now moving on, lets listen to this heavenly composition 😛

Maybe it is sitar...IDK yaar, the music and her humming is so... beautiful ❤️ and then Hardy's smiling voice ❤️ mein toh tere rang mein rang chuki hoon,. ❤️ and yes, the "tainu mein itna" high... and then the drop to "mein tujhe mil ke ji uthi hoon" ...ah ❤️
I've listened to a few by Hardy but none stuck with me.. so much so, that I don't remember what I've listened before.. however this one stuck with me.. I like the lyrics and the way he expresses in this song lol..

You don't like Jubin very much Deja? (singing wise) ..I lost my interest in him too..
Deja, what do you think of this song? I've recently taken a liking for it.. I love the female part ❤️😃
Punjabi sounds so cute in this song
Oh yes Guncha koi as well. I completely forgot about it. That one is also such a good one na? And Kalank title track too! Hopefully I'll add more into that playlist of yours. Sometimes we listen to a song and like it so much that we just have to share that brilliance with someone who could perhaps share the same sentiments that we have with towards the song. I feel the same.
@The line, "Bedard thi zindagi, bedard hai...agar tum saath ho"
I can't help but smile. I get it ALD. Now that I remember the first time I heard this song, this particular part created some kind of dissonance the very moment I heard it. But somehow it went away the more and more I listened to this song and started to like it. I guess it is one of those uncomfortable truths kind of line.
At one end, becoming aware of the fact that your presence or effort sometimes does zilch to reduce the pain of your loved one/ones. And looking from the other side of the spectrum, sometimes in spite of having loved ones around doesn't help reduce the pain, because your pain only you know and understand and any amount of conscious and repeated efforts put in by your loved ones to ease the pain sometimes are just end up being futile. Yikes what a mind fukery.
Such uncomfortable truth bombs, that in the end you can't help but be amazed by it's accuracy. Probably that's why you also love that part too, in spite of it making you uncomfortable.
PS : You didn't like Koi Fariyaad as well na?

Oh I have heard this 'Naah' song of Hardy. It plays on the radio pretty often. But I don't like it. It has this nails on blackboard effect for me. Don't know why.
About Jubin, you know what I don't think that I don't like him, but I think he hasn't managed to make any impact on me. That's why I don't even know or seem to remember which songs he has sung that I like.

Hahaha. I liked listening to this song for quite sometime when it repeatedly played on the radio, now I have become a bit neutral towards it. I think I saw someone sing it's cover. Don't remember who, but I really liked the vocals there and then when it ended up playing on the radio I quite enjoyed it. Now the novelty has worn off.

I got a heart-ache listening to this.. ❤️ 😆..such a sweet composition, lovely soft music.. love how it starts, almost from the middle of the original.. I loved that now there's a male voice to this beautiful song.. feels better than original atleast, for now😃...there's some sort of silence within the song.. idk how to describe, it makes it all the more wonderful.. ❤️❤️The two sing so well too 👏
I missed replying to this yesterday.
I loved the fact that they started from the middle. Liked this in some of the earlier mashups as well. The original of this never managed to grip me as much as this one did. And I especially loved the male vocals in this one.
@Bold - Yes you are completely right here. I think so it could be because the vocals took precedence over the music over here, and the music somewhat acted like a filler in the bg? You have to give it to both the singers how they could manage to get your attention and hold it as well and then impress you with their vocals. I mean you get what I'm saying? All I could take away from this song were their vocals. It was indeed beautiful.
Ok ALD, I'm posting this song once again. Have you heard this one? I have a feeling you will love this one too. I do.
