I guess as apart from churail only chorni knew about Churail changing medicine which lead to this, because of this Churail wanted to shunt Chorni from opening her mouth. So she made her a part of the "thikana lagaoing" of the laash. This way Chorni won't blackmail her.

Lets see, how it turns out & if chorni decides to take revenge on Churail for this i.e. making her part of this false murder cover up & if she feels churail wanted to frame her, & she plans revenge against churail, I will be with Team Chorni
