precap scene has an old clip?

did anyone notice that in the precap scene the clip of ishaan is the same one as when he's thinking about the birthday party in ep 190? Like same position, same expressions, same shirt. I wonder if they're so desperate to lengthen the show they're repeating old scenes with new dialogues OR they just don't want to show Ishaan with Mauli?

I don't know how to upload pics on here but it's minute 5:25 of ep 190.

😆 I am sure Ishaan is not going to be at the hospital. He will see Kunal taking care of Mauli just like Mauli saw Nandini taking care of Kunal and think OMG Kunal loves Mauli so much . 😆 And leave.

i hope ishaan doesn't choose to leave the hospital without a fight, especially because kunal is no condition to care for someone. maybe he's comforting mishti and pari. 😭

that time mauli got to know about kunal and nandini but still she wanted kunal back. but he CHOSE his happiness..

now its mauli's turn to choose her happiness , ishaan..
