It's a Viacom film so satellite rights is probably with Colors, the channel known for late premieres.😆 I guess they are saving it for New Year's eve or early Jan.

Finally I will watch andhadhun. Was waiting for so long. Can anyone tell whether this one was Adult rated, will they show a censored version on tv

No, the one released in theatres was U/A.I remember many kids present in the theatre where I'd watched the film.
