Yes yes there is tough competition among Nandini and Kunal for the title, but a man who can use and throw his mother, his mother takes the title of most selfish man.

How easy it was for Kunal to leave his mother? It's not easy for anyone to leave their parents, and since Kunal's mom is a single mother, I assumed he must have been close to her, he just left her for Nandini. Nandini kicked him out of his house and like a spineless selfish person he is he went to his mother's home or Mauli's home, the home he had left for Nandini, he could have stayed at hotel, saying he has finally made a decision but no majnu's final heir went to his home in Devdas mode, not giving a damn about women in his family, who are sitting right in front of him, how can someone be so oblivious to feelings of people he has spent his life with? Sometimes I wonder, did Nandini put love potion (Read opium) in kheer, that this man can't live without it now, I might sound bitter but Kunal's reaction to everything is ridiculous, to say the least.

Next up he continues his majnugiri, cries in his room asks his mom to sit down and she does, he cries like a child over losing his lub, but goes to Nandini, next day ready to leave the same mother forever for her.

I understand love or at least I think I understand love, but love can't be a bad thing? I watched Padmavat recently, there is this character Khilji, who went out of his way to get Padmavati, he did not get her but he never said that he loves Padmavati, he left everything for her but he loved his wife, he was shaken when his wife helped Padmavati in escaping her husband's castle, that was the only time I think he mentioned love, what he felt for Padmavati was obsession, he was obsessed with having the best, he went on to ruin everything in order to have her, only for his sanak and that reminds me of Kunal, Kunal doesn't have feelings for his mother or Mauli or Dida, he is immune to their pain. All he sees is his obsession, his sanak.

For example take people who are addicted to opium or any other intoxicating substance, there was alcohol ban in my state a few years ago and men who lived to drink were ill, they were literally ill and many died due to it, now look at Kunal, he got fever because he had to stay away from Nandini for a few hours, how normal is that a 30 year old has fever in matter of hours after his girlfriend said that she won't meet him? Hence I am suspecting the opium thing, this guy is acting like an addict.

He is a selfish brat in a grown man's skin. He has probably been pampered all his life by the women in his life, got whatever he wanted handed on a plate. Eg. He wants to start a clinic does he do anything about it no Mauli is the one working like a mad woman to get him his dream. He is a narcissistic selfish pooch 😡

Bad example of falling him for nandini...

Kunal, to put it nicely, is a manchild. He made the mistake of leaving his wife and family and now that Nandini has rejected him, he's come back crying. Lmao the fact that he got sick because of it makes me laugh out loud because he cannot handle anything going wrong. He said hell with the consequences when he fell for Nandini, hell with the consequences even after Mauli found out, is barely told to take responsibility for his actions or even explain his side. Most of the outright hatred went to Nandini. He's barely suffered.

It's clear now that what he has for nandini is not love. If kunal is truly in love with nandini and she's not just some shiny new toy that he is strongly attracted/ infatuated by, how:

1) Can he betray and disrespect the girl who he had a perfect 7 year marriage with and claimed to love, only to cheat on her less than three months after meeting nandini?

2) Break his promise immediately that he made to his grandmother of not meeting nandini for one month despite knowing she had a heart attack?

3) Willing to abandon his mother who single-handedly raised him just for a girl who he only knew for 3-4 months?

4) If kunal is truly capable of loving someone loyally then how is it possible that he can claim to truly love and want to be committed to anyone when he can abandon the women who raised and loved him all his life before nandini came in?

In my opinion, nandini is an infatuation, obsession for him, otherwise I don't see a man who is capable of being loyal to a girl and respecting a girl for life when he disrespected/ cheated/ is willing to abandon the women who have been with him all his life for a girl he has barely known for even half a year yet. How can love make a man so selfish, heartless and disrespectful that he doesn't care about ditching and betraying his family, and feel no remorse for his actions? Love would make you a better person.

That is my idea of love, love doesn't make you a bad person, if it does, it's obviously not love. There is this concepts of two Kunals : Nandini's Kunal and Mauli's Kunal

Mauli's Kunal never disrespected women in his vicinity, he never raised his voice on them. In fact Nandini fell in love with Mauli's Kunal only, who was a decent man, husband goal for Nandini then there is Nandini's Kunal, first time Kunal yelled at Mauli was when he lied about sending electrician to Nandini's place, few episodes back he showed his aggressive nature by breaking chair and hurting Nandini, now this Nandini is victim of domestic violence, what might seem normal reaction to us can be difficult for someone who went through years of abuse, and in upcoming scenes he's misbehaving with Mauli for Nandini.

You can see nicest men turning into beasts when denied their addiction, husbands beat their wives and kids when they don't give him money to buy alcohol, they spend everything they earn in it, that's how I see Kunal, he is completely addicted

Sadly Kunals behaviour is typical of cheating husbands...they are immoral people who are only interested in satisfying their desires. They have no shame or pride. He leaves his family for his mistress...then goes back to his wife after the mistress ends.the affair...then he will start a new affair and leave his wife again until that affair ends...and the back and forth cycle will continue until the wife plucks up the courage to say enough and throws him out of her life forever ..Here the wife should take a stand and realise that once a man cheats on you ...he can never be trusted again . He has shown that you do not satisfy him and he went to another woman..even if he comes back to you he is most likely to cheat Again. so if the makers of the show want to actually bring across any message ...they should show Mauli building her life again after divorcing Kunal. BecAuse that's what betrayed wives need to see ...that they can start their lives again and be happy without their cheating ex husbands .
